The presence of women in STEM careers has risen by 28.2% globally, a figure that shows that the #W Factor is now on the move… and that you can keep pushing it!

We therefore invite you to register for the 9th WONNOW Awards, a joint initiative between CaixaBank and Microsoft Ibérica. We are looking for the best science, technology, engineering and mathematics degree students to promote equality and reward the academic, professional, personal and social excellence of women in the STEM field.

Tomorrow is built with talent, opportunities and the #W Factor.

We promote female STEM talent, we promote the #W Factor!

The WONNOW Awards help to highlight and promote academic, professional, personal and social excellence in female science, technology engineering and mathematics university students, reduce the gender gap and promote STEM vocations among girls and young women.

You can compete for:

15 paid internships to work at CaixaBank for 6 months.

A prize of €10,000 to the student with the best academic record and professional, personal and social achievements.

A mentoring programme with Microsoft to boost your professional development.

Areas where the winners of the 8th edition have had the opportunity to collaborate.

We will soon publish the internships for this edition.

REQUIREMENTS

The following can take part in the WONNOW Awards:

Cuadro Chica
  • Women who have completed and passed the first 180 credits of a STEM degree at a Spanish university.
  • These include ongoing undergraduate, master’s, postgraduate degrees, etc.
  • The personal, educational, professional and social achievements of students will be assessed, along with their academic record and critical thinking.
