Generation of consumption indicators and results analysis

A strategic project within the Bank that generates and transforms data extracted from POS terminals and credit cards belonging to the Bank's customers in high value consumption indicators, implementing geomarketing and market knowledge.
You will join a strategic project developed by a multidisciplinary team within the Accounting, management and capital control area.
This pioneering project in CaixaBank aims to generate consumption indicators based on the Bank's internal data, essentially transactions carried out using credit cards and POS terminals. These indicators are subsequently marketed with geomarketing companies, contributing major value to the market based on Big Data analysis.
Optimisation of the Bank's real estate platform via advanced analytics

Strategic project aimed at positioning the bank as a benchmark in the real estate sector, through the use of data for enriching the portal's value proposal.
You will join the team responsible for developing a new real estate platform within the Bank, a strategic project drive by the General Business Directorate.
The aim is to position the Bank as a benchmark within the housing sector, offering customers a comprehensive proposal of services relating to the purchase, sale, rental, renovation, removals and other related services, thus strengthening customer trust and loyalty.
STEM financial analysis project in the M&A area

You will join the Bank's M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) team, within the Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) area. You will be given the opportunity of participate in real transactions, working alongside professionals with extensive experience in the finance sector. This team is dedicated to accompanying companies throughout their business purchase, sale and integration processes, combining financial analysis with business vision.
Financial innovation for managing the balance sheet

You will join the financial area, within the data team responsible for providing specialised support to the balance sheet management areas. This team combines technical and financial knowledge for developing innovative solutions that optimise the bank's strategic decision making.
You will work in a collaborative, dynamic and highly specialised environment, where initiative, curiosity and a desire to learn are highly valued. You will have the opportunity of participating in projects which have a genuine impact.
STEM project for the sustainability area

You will be part of CaixaBank's Sustainability area, a team with a cross-cutting approach that leads and drives strategic initiatives to integrate sustainability in the bank's business and operations.
Driving Audit's digital transformation by means of advanced AI techniques

Due to the recent explosion of generative Artificial Intelligence and language models, Internal Audit's Digital Transformation Area has proposed a project that harnesses AI techniques based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) for analysing key corporate tools (e.g. messaging, calls, e-mails, audit reports, etc.).
The project's main goals are to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the performance of audits, and also improve the auditors' everyday experience. Additionally, the project's results will be used as complementary information for the various Audit teams.
You will be joining the Digital Transformation Area within Internal Audit, an ever-changing strategic area that seeks to reinvent the audit processes through emerging technologies.
Artificial Intelligence Project for Actively Listening to Employees

The project focuses on the implementation of an AI system to predict employee behaviour based on data from multiple sources, including data sourced from listening to the employees, people analytics data, the use of internal tools, etc.
Within the People area, this team focuses on understanding and fostering employees' experience throughout their entire career within the organisation. To this end, the team implements analysis and active listening tools that allow for the ongoing identification of opportunities for improvement.
Based on these results, strategic initiative and designed and promoted to further the employees' commitment and well-being, in line with the bank's values.
